Yeah Mermaids!!!

This was concept art from one of the many games Ive done at Cadillac Jack. This particular one is from Homer's Odyssey. I had a lot of fun working on concept art for this game, creatures, warriors, landscapes, etc. Very exciting. Ill post some more stuff from this game and hopefully more that have already been released.

Finally Im posting the other sketches from Boozer Doodle vs Dr Sketchy's night from like 2 months ago. I really like how the pastels turned out. Ive been trying to something a little different and new. You know the whole artist in us all have to switch it up every now and then. Hope you guys enjoy. Yoda Soda

Man I've so busy with all this stuff lately. Getting ready for San Diego, work has been picking up a lot lately, and a slew of projects on the side I'm slowing getting together. In the middle of all this I did a little drawing of Yoda last night while I was going through my old animation reel from school. I really liked the idea of using Yoda, but the concept didn't quite come together as well as I hoped. So to make it up to myself I redrew one of the keys I had made but with a lot more rendering. Its funny how you can look back at your old work and really see the progress you've made in such a small amount of time. Hope you guys enjoy. I'll try to post a little more in the next few weeks. Man its been a long month! Birthday coming up, work was crazy, and been working on my new portfolio. Been trying to keep up with the madness and in the process, made this dragon creature. I like the gesture of it a lot but took me awhile to get it how i wanted it. Feel like Im loosing it a little bit. Gotta hit it harder then! Enjoy and have a good weekend.

This is another painting that i started on just today. This is just a charcoal underdrawing right now that i plan on putting the finishing touches on later. The other painting with the beast looking character is in the first few layers of the ol' oil process. I'll post it in a few days. Later

Stage 1

This is a new painting i plan on doing in oil. I just started this today while i have a lil time off from work for labor day. Im starting to post different phases of each of my art now for achiving purposes and to just see my progress. Its supposed to be a beast looking character with a glowing light shinning behind him. I didnt want to put too much detail in it for right being that this will be my first real oil painting in like 12 yrs! I think im going to add something in the top left corner next to his head to complete the composition a lil more. Hope you enjoy!
